Contact Key Verification is a security feature in iMessage that allows users to verify the identity of the person they’re messaging with.Essentially, it adds an extra layer of encryption on top of the existing iMessage encryption.Think of it like a digital handshake. You and your contact exchange unique codes to confirm you’re really talking to each other, not some imposter.
