Our guest Shelly Brisbin has updated her great book iOS Access for All for iOS 14 she talks about whats new in iOS 14 added since iOS13. 

We go in depth to talk about the updates to VoiceOver and Speech, Low Vision features with improvements to the magnifier, hearing including a great way to provide visual alerts of sounds. Open Accessibility > Under Hearing > Sound Recognition you can turn this on and turn on individual sounds including baby crying. As well some of the Physical and Motor settings including the popular back tap.
